Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Head of Human Resources at IRD Global. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure legal compliance within HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
