Job Description
Job Summary:
The Head of Services will lead the Service & After-sales team, maintaining and optimizing hi-tech equipment. Responsibilities include strategic planning, client relations, revenue targets, and process improvement to fulfill the company’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop team members for goal achievement. Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback.
- Strategy: Identify market trends, tech advancements, and service enhancement opportunities.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient engineering service delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain customer satisfaction through strong client relations.
- Technical Support: Provide expertise in equipment maintenance, evaluate processes, and implement innovative solutions.
- Targets Achievement: Meet KPIs and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years management experience.
- 2-3 years managing CAPEX Projects.
