Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant RCM Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes within the organization.
Responsibilities include assisting with billing, coding, and collections procedures, analyzing financial data, and liaising with other departments for seamless coordination and communication.
The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is preferred but not required.
