Job Description
Chapatti Maker is responsible for preparing chapatti, nan, paratha, and puri for patients, non-patients, official, and private functions. They must utilize resources effectively for cost-efficient operations and maintain high product standards and hygiene in the bakery/kitchen.
- Receive and inspect flour from Food Store, rejecting substandard quality.
- Prepare Dough Mix and make loaves according to production needs.
- Restock supplies during peak meal times.
- Clean equipment and maintain a tidy kitchen for the next shift.
- Produce daily and special event menu requirements as directed.
- Prepare chapattis, nan, paratha, and puri as required.
- Maintain safety and hygiene in the chapatti room, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Report food safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor.
