Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager Customer Support to join our team. As the Manager Customer Support, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a customer support department is required.
In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing customer service policies, managing customer inquiries and escalations, and analyzing performance metrics to improve processes.
