We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager for Outbound Sales in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) division. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities.
Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, training and coaching the sales team, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
