As an HRBP, you will play a vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top talent for both technical and non-technical positions. We are looking for someone with a result-driven mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods, including headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and conducting reference checks to evaluate applicants’ suitability.
- Presenting top candidates to the hiring manager for further consideration.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of all applicants and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
