Job Description
Ibex is hiring for one of its global clients for the role:
Timings: 2 pm till 11 pm, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Maintain KPI analysis and tracking dashboards for Mobile service delivery and costs
- Manage day-to-day Mobile Supply Chain processes
- Collaborate with client’s Mobile Vendor Management team
- Update SQT device SKU lists, local repair store maintenance
- Conduct ad-hoc commercial analysis
Requirements:
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, team player
Experience:
- Operational processes management
- Working with large datasets, international teams
- Experience with Power BI
Knowledge and Education:
Fluency in English, proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau
PPT presentation capability, preferred Python, data scraping skills
