Job Description

Job Title: DGM Sales

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Industry: Engineering

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing from a reputable institute

Required Experience & Skill set:

  • Minimum 12 years of senior managerial experience in sales within an engineering industry.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with national sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with the business plan.
  • Retain and enhance market share across wholesale, retail, and corporate segments nationwide.
  • Motivate and manage marketing department personnel for optimal efficiency.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget.
  • Set and achieve annual quality objectives for the marketing department.
  • Manage receivables within limits and ensure timely payments.

Remuneration: 300,00 – 325,00 + 1300 CC company car with fuel and benefits
