Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager for our US Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR function in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with employment laws.
The HR Manager will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, with at least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the US market.
