Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Lahore District requires a Technical Support Engineer (Solar) to provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot systems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, providing training, and improving processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven technical support experience
- Understanding of solar power systems
- Familiarity with solar regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in relevant software
- Willingness to travel
