Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Relations and Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, understanding their business needs, and fostering strong relationships to drive sales and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    • Regularly engage with clients to comprehend their business needs and goals.
    • Handle email and web portal inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
    • Send catalogs and quotations, and follow up on a daily basis.
  • Data Analysis and Improvement:
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Implement strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Work closely with clients to address concerns and provide effective resolutions.
  • B2B Portal Management:
    • Manage B2B portals such as Alibaba, ensuring a strong online presence.
    • Leverage expertise in handling B2B platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Maintain effective communication channels to enhance client relationships.
  • Administrative Proficiency:
    • Proficient in MS Office applications for efficient coordination and documentation.

Experience and Education:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of international sales experience.
  • Minimum education requirement: Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record in international sales.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
