The Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client database.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and brokers.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and carriers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in Trucking dispatch.
Ideal Profile:
- 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive or B2C Sales role in Transport & Logistics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly goal-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
