Job Description
Genetics Pharmaceuticals is dedicated to transforming the healthcare industry through the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals. Specializing in neuropsychiatry, we are looking for a Business Manager to lead our CNS Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the CNS portfolio in line with strategic goals.
- Analyze market trends in CNS and Neuropsychiatry sectors.
- Develop strategic plans for portfolio growth and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage financial performance and lead a high-performance team.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required.
- Minimum 10 years pharma experience, 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in Neuropsychiatry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
