Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled WFM System Administrator to join our team at Verint Enterprise. As a WFM System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and optimization of our workforce management system.
Your duties will include system configuration, user support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. You will also collaborate with various teams to implement system enhancements and provide training to users as needed.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Verint Enterprise software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in system administration is preferred but not required.
