Role Description: This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team, implementing processes, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years billing experience for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part B/Primary Care.
- 5+ years healthcare background, including managing a billing team.
- Medical billing certification is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in billing software and EHR systems.
- Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
