Job Description
Department: Office of Human Resources
Grade: Senior Officer
Reporting To: Assistant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time (Contractual)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible to review existing structure, SOPs and HR practices for continuous improvement and take efficient development initiatives. Additionally, act as an HR Partner for the Talent Management Team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Monthly HR Reporting.
- Review existing HR policies, systems, and SOPs for improvements.
- Constantly improve HR tools for better user experience.
- Support HR operations.
- Enhance learning and development practices.
- Support recruitment operations.
- Introduce new HR practices based on industry knowledge.
- Conduct Institutional Surveys
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Required Qualification:
- Masters in Business Administration
