Job Description
Department: Pakistan Deworming Initiative
Reporting to: Regional Manager – South
Grade: Officer
Employment Type: Full-time contractual
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose: The Data Associate will manage the Management Information System (MIS) for project activities in Karachi, facilitating decision-making for the Sindh Deworming Initiative and other nutrition projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing databases of SAC and OOSC for MDA rounds
- Map MDA delivery platforms
- Manage field staff data
- Quantify medicine supply and reporting forms
- Support timely payments to field staff
- Revise program forms for efficient data gathering
- Manage data entry and reporting in real-time
- Assist Independent Monitoring Firm with data queries
- Additional data tasks as needed
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science
Required Experience: 1-2 Years
Required Skills: Data Collection, Management & Validation, Microsoft Office, Decision Making
