Job Description
Program: Maternal and Child Health Program
Grade: Senior Officer/Officer
Reporting to: Team Lead – Monitoring and Evaluation
Employment Type: Full Time (Contractual Employment)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Purpose: The Monitoring Associate will support the team in conducting monitoring visits, data analysis, and report writing to contribute towards measuring, analyzing, and reporting results as per the program protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and support implementation of monitoring plan
- Provide insights for stakeholders
- Share feedback for improved implementation
- Contribute to tracking program key indicators
- Develop reports and actionable insights
- Respond to ad-hoc queries and tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant research experience
Required Skills:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Data analytical skills
- Experience with R, Stata, PowerBI
