Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Recruiter, based in Lahore. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for technical positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of technology and technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent
- Experience with various sourcing strategies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
