Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Lead – Telesales to join our dynamic sales team. As the Lead – Telesales, you will be responsible for leading a team of telesales representatives, driving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Your main duties will include:
- Supervising and motivating the telesales team to achieve sales targets
- Identifying and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitoring calls and providing feedback on customer interactions
- Training and coaching team members to improve sales techniques
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales and previous experience in a leadership role. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
To be successful in this role, you should be target-oriented, able to work under pressure, and have strong organizational and time management skills.
