Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with founders and managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings through interviews and resume reviews.
- Share candidate details and assist in final interviews. Build a talent pipeline.
- Manage the recruitment process from contact to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in consultancy or IT services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Technical HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
