Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Billing Assistance: Verify, process, and categorize medical billing claims. Communicate with insurance companies.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, confirm bookings, and manage the provider’s calendar.
- Data Entry and Documentation: Input patient information accurately and prepare invoices for clients.
- Communication and Support: Collaborate with the team professionally and assist patients and providers.
- Administrative Tasks: Email management, document filing, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- English fluency required. Knowledge of medical billing and software is a plus.
- Proficient with office applications and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting efficiently.
Work Details:
Timings: 5 pm to 3 am
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Benefits: Pick and Drop, EOBI, Health and Life insurance
Salary Range: 50K to 65K
