Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Lahore. The Specialist will handle full recruiting life cycles, including hiring, branding, interviewing, and recruitment in close collaboration with the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing experience
- Proficiency in employer branding and recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Capacity to cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
