Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time People & Culture Specialist role based in Lahore. As a People & Culture Specialist at Kamayi, you will shape the employee experience by developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with teams to attract top talent and drive culture initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven HR Generalist or similar role experience
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- HR certifications are a plus
- Experience as a People & Culture Specialist
