Solway Energy (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (C&I) with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C sectors within the solar industry. The ideal candidate will drive sales leads, manage revenue generation, and oversee the sales strategy. Strong leadership and coaching abilities are essential for supporting the sales team’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team development
- Collaborate with sales reps to engage with potential leads
- Monitor and report sales activities
- Design and implement sales strategies based on market analysis
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales team management
- Demonstrated success in nurturing sales relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Preference for candidates with solar industry background
