- Provide technical support and maintenance for MIS Systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and generate reports from the MIS system as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist in system upgrades and implementation of new software.
- Train staff on MIS applications and procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to MIS processes and protocols.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Additional Information Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
