Job Description
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in creating and maintaining candidates’ data, pipelining, and sourcing the right candidates for Integriti Group Clients. They will assist in sourcing and delivering qualified candidates for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Explore alternate sourcing strategies and tools.
- Source for technical positions in the USA and Canada markets.
- Maintain candidate records using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop an active pipeline of candidates to fulfill short- and long-term hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with technical roles preferred.
- 6 months – 2 years work experience.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and various ATS.
- Ability to handle pressure and strong time management skills.
- Self-learner and self-motivated individual.
- Capable of managing multiple positions simultaneously.
Office Timings: 3PM – 11PM (Monday to Friday)
Office location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore
