Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency.
2. Develop and implement new manufacturing systems.
3. Conduct time and motion studies to enhance production methods.
4. Establish and maintain production standards and work instructions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
6. Design layouts for production facilities.
7. Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
2. 2-3 years experience in industrial engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel & report writing will be a plus.
