Job Description

Responsibilities include managing salary, bonus, benefits, and employee recognition programs, conducting data analysis, formulating proposals, and ensuring budget compliance.
- Formulate and review HR policies
- Analyze compensation practices and salary surveys
- Administer HR workforce planning
- Monitor HR costs and provide analytics
- Support increment proposals and maintain employee data
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years HR experience with a focus on compensation and benefits.
