Job Description
CodeNinja, a leading software company, is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master at CodeNinja, you will play a crucial role in guiding our development teams through Agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to the Scrum team.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
- Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in backlog management.
- Encourage continuous improvement and maintain a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
- 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Scrum Master Certification is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and tools.
Location: DHA Phase 8 Lahore (Onsite Role)
