Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing a governance framework and key governance documents for MOL Pakistan.
- Developing communication channels for policies and the capability enhancement of web portal and other associated digital tools to facilitate user access.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the overall Local Regulatory System, including establishment of both soft and hard depositories of all the regulations and its related documents.
- Providing assistance to the Team Lead in administrative tasks as needed and carrying out projects and assignments on an as need basis as required by the Company.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in management studies/law
Professional Competencies:
- Knowledge of corporate governance practices.
- Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, and computer systems.
- Good organizational and planning abilities, including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving and quantitative abilities.
- Effective communication and excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
Experience:
At least two years of relevant experience.
