Job Description
A Social media executive/brand Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining a company’s online presence and reputation. Their responsibilities will include:
- Regularly monitoring social media platforms, review sites, blogs, forums, and news sites for mentions of the company or individual.
- Using tools and software to track brand mentions, reviews, and feedback.
- Addressing negative reviews, comments, or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Engaging with positive feedback to reinforce the brand’s image and build customer relationships.
- Developing and managing content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to promote a positive image.
- Creating responses and statements to address any negative publicity or misinformation.
- Optimizing content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online reputation.
- Monitoring competitors’ online presence and strategies.
- Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the brand’s reputation.
