Job Description
An Advanced university degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Psychology, Gender Studies, Anthropology, Social Work, and Behavioral Studies is required.
Minimum 12 years of experience in the development sector in a leading position. At least 8 years of hands-on experience in managing violence against Women (VAW) programs.
Must have the ability to work independently, coordinate with diverse groups, manage program/projects, conduct training on women’s issues, and monitor budget management.
Experience in government institutions, policy making, and political environment. Excellent English communication, computer literacy, sensitivity towards gender and child-related issues, and willingness to travel.
