Key Responsibilities:

• 💡 Responsible for Managing and providing support to LAN and WAN Network devices
• 💡 Manage Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and networks
• 💡 Responsible for implementation and administration of DHCP and File Server
• 💡 Responsible for Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• 💡 Responsible for Virtualizing Windows servers, and firewalls and connecting them to networks
• 💡 Responsible for Oversee and monitoring traffic through the firewall
• 💡 Ensure to Block web/application access and to prevent known malware attacks through
• 💡 Hands-on experience in configuring Unifi solution
• 💡 Written and verbal skills; excellent phone manner
• 💡 Firm grasp of how the web works, networking, and software products
• 💡 Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows
• 💡 Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving the issue

Required Skills:

• 👉 Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 👉 Unifi solution experience required
• 👉 Microsoft +CCNA Certification, Linux is an advantage
• 👉 Good at problem-solving, organizing, and multitasking
• 👉 Rotational Shift
• 👉 Able to explain technical problems in simple terms
• 👉 Team player
• 👉 A dedication to continually updating knowledge
