Job Description
GM Booking Pvt Ltd is hiring an Umrah Agent to join the team. Responsibilities include Umrah Package Sales, customer service, and organizing Umrah journeys. Experience in Umrah sales, package development, and visa processing is required.
Job Description:
- Expand customer base for Hajj, Umrah & Islamic Tours
- Handle client problems and complaints
- Knowledge of pricing, hotel booking in Makkah & Madinah, and air ticketing
- Develop and promote Hajj, Umrah & Tour Packages
- Excellent communication skills in English
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Umrah Package Sales
- Intermediate qualifications
- Command on GDS (Sabre/Galileo)
- Located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
- Ability to multitask and work in an afternoon shift
