Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Timings: 6 PM to 02 AM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Call Center Agents to achieve performance targets and goals.
• Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions to enhance team members’ skills and performance.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the team.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve team performance.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A commitment to providing excellent service.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
