Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Engineering Executive at Nishat Apparel. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to industrial engineering processes in our Production Folding, Pacing & Finishing Department. Responsibilities include analyzing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing efficiency strategies, and ensuring quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and practices
- Experience in analyzing production processes and identifying improvement areas
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- 1-2 Years Experience in the garment industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
