- Manage / Appoint / Re-Engineering existing distributor network within territory
- Lead a team of DSRs, supervisors, and sales personnel
- Develop territory-level strategies for business growth
- Ensure SOP compliance and monitor market dynamics
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors’ degree
- At least 1 year of FMCG sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
