Job Description

Description:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting Alumni Pathways leadership by driving the implementation of technology solutions that enhance our business processes, teams, programs, and alumni community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Design and implement technology solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Document requirements and design solutions for a comprehensive Alumni Relationship Management system.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Lead technology use for educational purposes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ability to conceptualize and implement technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with developing interventions and communication channels.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a relevant role.
