Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual for the position of NOC Supervision Specialist at Jazz. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the Network Operations Center (NOC) activities to ensure efficient network performance.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in network operations, with the ability to troubleshoot network issues and proactively address any potential disruptions. Strong analytical skills and the capability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
Main responsibilities include managing network alarms, coordinating with technical teams to resolve incidents, and maintaining documentation of network activities. Prior experience in a similar role and a degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
