Job Description
The position will be responsible for:
- Managing fleet and transportation operations
- Maintenance and repair of company-maintained vehicles
- Coordinating with stakeholders and vendors for timely maintenance and insurance settlements
- Providing Pick & Drop services for employees and guests
- Managing contract transport, driver & billing while ensuring compliance with SOPs and Policies
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet & transport services cost-effectively without compromising quality
- Prepare monthly vehicle maintenance reports and monitor budgets vs actual expenses
- Share maintenance and accident claim details with stakeholders on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Coordinate with insurance company for claim processes and settlements
- Supervise fleet operations and maintenance
- Coordinate pick and drop services for guests and staff
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in vehicle repair & transport services administration
- Clear communication skills, knowledge of vehicles, and exposure to SAP preferred
