Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Revenue Manager in Islamabad or Lahore. As a Cluster Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Optimizing revenue and implementing strategies across multiple properties to drive financial success
- Consult in discussions, recommend, and implement overall revenue maximization strategies including business mix optimization
- Identify overall revenue opportunities
- Create, recommend, and implement effective pricing strategies for all market segments and revenue streams
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field a plus
- Relevant certifications in revenue management a plus
- Urdu language mandatory
