Job Description
Work with the Assistant Manager Back Process & Grinding to assist in manufacturing schedules and resource allocation. Lead a team, manage shift roasters, and monitor production targets. Collaborate with Maintenance and QHSE Specialists for quality control. Maintain records and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards. Stay updated on production practices and liaise with OEMs for efficiency improvements.
