Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential IT clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information.
- Promote IT staffing and consulting solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive client database.
- Follow up with leads and negotiate contract terms.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to match requirements.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and employment types.
- Utilize LinkedIn and job portals for business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in outbound and inbound sales preferred.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends advantageous.
- Knowledge of React, Java, or Angular highly desirable.
- Positive demeanor and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
