Job Description
Ontex is currently seeking a Head of Shift Support to join our dynamic Production & Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Identifying and capturing opportunities for improvement in equipment maintainability and reliability.
- Designing maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Diagnosing breakdown problems.
- Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
- Improving health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensuring application of asset management and maintenance systems data and accurate, timely data entry and reporting.
- Participating in technical audits and compliance assessments and following up on the closure of remedial action plans.
