Job Description
About the role:
We are currently searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Officer to become an integral part of our team. As an Application Officer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of the application process for students applying to universities through platforms like CommonApp, OUAC, and UCAS.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and manage all application deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of decisions and actions taken throughout the application process.
- Follow up with students for the timely submission of required documents for university applications and visa processing.
- Keep detailed spreadsheets regarding place and scholarship offers at all entry points.
- Conduct research on various courses, universities, and study destinations.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately with keen attention to detail to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates absolute discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Good literacy skills for preparing correspondence and maintaining records at a high standard.
