Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Online sales Associate for the US Market to join our dynamic team. The Online sales Associate will provide essential support to our product sales efforts, assisting in research, analysis, administrative tasks, and client relationship management through excellent communication skills. This role is instrumental in helping us achieve our growth objectives and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Upload and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify) including our own website.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor and update inventory levels. Expanding product selection with innovative ideas.
- Work to expand product content with creative copy, images, and blog posts, etc.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through various channels (email, chat, etc.).
- Regularly update the website content, including product information and promotions and execute online promotions and campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (eBay, Shopify) and content management systems.
- Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar role is preferred.
