Job Description
As an Area Delivery Manager for the Free Business Model (FBM), your main responsibility will be to oversee the successful delivery of products in your designated area. You will work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of delivery drivers, tracking and analyzing delivery metrics, and implementing process improvements to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. You must have previous experience in managing delivery operations and be familiar with using technology to track and monitor deliveries.
