Job Description
HRSG – Innovative Business Solutions is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager (HRBP) for their client in Karachi. This position requires 4-5 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a senior role, along with a degree in HR or related field. The candidate should have expertise in HR business partnering, knowledge of local labor laws, and the ability to implement HR strategies effectively. Strong analytical skills, organizational development knowledge, and proactive mindset are essential. Salary range: 120,00 – 150,00.
